We deliver for free on orders within a 100 mile radius of Abilene, Texas
Please call us for shipping information on all other orders at 1-325-793-1300. Delivery charges outside of the Abilene city limits are determined at the time of purchase

There will be a 30% restocking fee on any returned items. No exceptions.
Fully returned items must be done so in original and unbroken packaging.
Special sized items will not be considered for return. Special sized items include, but are not limited to Cal-king mattresses, full extra-long mattresses, twin extra-long mattresses, special order furniture, and the like.
Mattress protectors, sheets, and pillows will only be eligible for return if the packaging is new and unbroken. Items requiring Sleeping Giant delivery service for pick-up will be done so at the customer’s expense.

We offer a 60 Night Comfort Guarantee so if you're unhappy with your mattress within 60 nights of your original purchase, you can return to our store to select another mattress of equal or greater value. Refunds are not available for mattresses of lesser value.

Exchanges are an opportunity to select a different model of the same size. This opportunity is limited to 1 time per customer.
A processing and handling fee of $99.99 will be charged on all mattress exchanges. There will be an additional $99.99 processing and handling fee to exchange a foundation or box spring.
We will deliver locally the new replacement mattress and pick up the other mattress at no additional charge. You do not need to bring your old mattress back to our store. Out of town delivery will be charged accordingly.
