Our Comfort Guarantee

We understand your needs and comfort levels are unique, so to prove our commitment to our customs, Sleeping Giant offers a 60-Night Comfort Guarantee*.

Advanced sleep research has shown that it takes up to 3 weeks for our bodies to adjust to the proper support of a new mattress. So we ask you to sleep on your new mattress for the first 30 days to truly experience your new mattress.

However, if after 30 nights from the date of your mattress delivery you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of the new mattress, you may take advantage of Sleeping Giant's Comfort Guarantee. 

To do so, after 30 nights for the date of your mattress delivery, but before 60 days have passed since your original purchase, return to our store to select another mattress of equal or greater value. Exchanges are an opportunity to select a different model of the same size. This opportunity is limited to 1 time per customer. 

If you select a mattress of great value you can simply pay the difference, plus tax. If you select a model of lesser value, a refund is not available. 

A processing and handling fee of $99.99 will be charged on all mattress exchanges. There will be an additional $99.99 processing and handling fee to exchange a foundation or box spring. 

Do not bring back your mattress, we will deliver locally the new replacement mattress and pick up the other mattress at no additional charge. Out of town delivery will be charged accordingly. 

Refunds are not available!

The Sleeping Giant Comfort Guarantee is not valid on:

Beds less than $699, Special Orders (Cal-King, Full XL), Clearance Merchandise, "As Is", Second Chance beds, discontinued product, floor models, power-adjustable bases, furniture, mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, promotional/accessory items, warranty exchanges, and unsanitary mattresses. In compliance with national and state bedding laws, and detailed in the manufacturer's warranty, Sleeping Giant is unable to warranty or exchange a mattress that is stained or unsanitary. 

*As stated above, the Sleeping Giant Comfort Guarantee requires the purchase of a 10 Year Mattress Protector at the time of original mattress purchase. Mattress and or box spring/foundation must have the federal law label still attached and must not be unsanitary, soiled, torn, or ripped. The mattress must be in the "like new condition". The Mattress must have an approved support system, per the warranty card. This Guarantee is limited to one mattress exchange per customer.

Nectar's Comfort Guarantee

Nectar's mattresses qualifies for a 365 day comfort exchange policy that requires you to sleep on the mattress for a year.

Serta's Comfort Guarantee

Serta's mattresses, specifically iComfort and not all Serta products qualifies for a 120 day comfort exchange policy that requires you to sleep on the mattress for  120 days.

Tempur-Pedic's Comfort Guarantee

Temper-Pedic's mattresses qualifies for a 90-Night In-home trial that requires you to sleep on the mattress for a least 30 days; thereafter, at any time during the trial period, if you are dissatisfied, we will allow you to exchange it for a new mattress under the above terms and conditions, except for the Processing and Handling Fee will then be $300. 

Our Warranty

We're proud to provide and maintain a mattress selection where most brands carry great warranty policies as a company. If you feel you have a warranty issue please contact us and we will look up your mattress companies warranty policy at the date of purchase. 

Peace of Mind

Because a new mattress is one of the most valuable furniture investments you can make, make sure that you protect it with a Mattress Protector.  It can protect you in the event that food or beverage stains or damage, accidental damage such as punctures and rips, other fluid stains, and more. Purchasing a Mattress Protector at the time of mattress purchase is the only way to be eligible for a comfort exchange if ever needed. 

Our Return Policy

There will be a 30% restocking fee on any returned items. No exceptions. Special sized items will not be considered for return. Special sized items include, but are not limited to Cal-king mattresses, full extra-long mattresses, twin extra-long mattresses, special order furniture, and the like. Mattress protectors, sheets, and pillows will only be eligible for return if the packaging is new and unbroken. Items requiring Sleeping Giant delivery service for pick-up will be done so at the customer’s expense.
